my first pour!
i spent all afternoon in the basement messing with plastic and molds.was fun!the color ended up more yellow than the green i wanted,so next time i figure i will add less yellow or none at all.i uploaded the pics to my facebook.hope you enoy :D

I totaly want to make my own molds with silicon based rubber stuff.i think thats basicly what the molds i bought are madefrom.

those look really great and would be awesome with a stinger tail coming off the back. Take a look at smooth-on website, they have a rtv silicone that works great and looks just like those molds. I have used it and it works pretty good

ok, thx guys!there was some scrap i had to cut off the baits with an exacto knife which took a few hours with the amount of baits i created.

Good looking baits. The green chartreuse will start to yellow a bit on it's own with each reheat. I would leave the yellow out and let the plastic yellow on it's own.
Trimming is just a part of the process. Enjoy your newfound hoibby.

Baits look super! Glad to know that Im not the only one who spends hours with a exacto knife cutting off the overpour. No matter how slow I go I always get some overpour!:D:D
