Ross Barnett was like

the dead sea yesterday afternoon. Light winds when I left work here at the office and then the usual on the water, WHITE CAPS. I buzzed by the Yacht Club with the SI and had it set to 40 feet so the image would be better. There wasn't a single fish on the rocks or within 80 feet of it. I talked to 12-15 boats of folks and had a report of 1 boat catching, they had 1 darn fesh. Guess I'm always a day late cause I talked to one fella that got one some already turning males at a certain location right on the rocks the DAY BEFORE. Gone now so you see how my luck is. It was so bad that we got there at 3:30 and left at 6:30, got tired of fighting the wind and waves. Just out of curiosity, I let the wind blow the boat without me touching the TM to see how fast it would get me up to. Try 1.45 MPH just going with the wind. SUCKED I tell you

Shake it off, in a few weeks, you can come up to Enid and get blown around and whooped up on. Yeah, I know, pretty much the same as RB, but hey, the scenery will be different.

I know WB, get to see the lake FINALLY

Member last year at the Enid tourney is when I went and picked up the new boat so I've never even seen Enid.

Just hope it gets better

by the weekend. I'll be out there possibly Friday after work and then Saturday AND Sunday. Bites cause I KNOW where they been catching them and they just wasn't there

Beulah wasn't any better the lake had risen over 3 foot. Caught 4 dinks in 30 minutes and came home. Wind was terrible and was draggin 30 ft of log chain.
