Caught these on 3/10 on my little lake in Saline County. They are not the biggest I have ever caught but it sure was fun and crappie this size make for some good eating. All but 5 were male.

Caught them all on a white and chartreuse jig in about 3 foot of water. That has become my favorite color lately. Went back Saturday in the cold wind and picked up a few more.Quote:

Those are some pretty fish and like Nimrod said even more fun when the kids are catching some....Hey Hawg, My 2 brothers came down from Kansas and went bass fishing with me last year. My youngest brother caught his first pickerel. It was his trophy fish of the trip!....lol
