Sounds like a bummer to me
I hear you on the quit smoking, wife and I tried to quit a few years ago when the nephew worked for me in the prop shop, lasted about 3 days of him getting his azz chew from her and I both, so he comes to work the 4th day with 2 cartons of cigaretts one for each of us and said to go back to smoking he couldn't take it any longer........:)
I am sorry Redneck for both you and your wife.
I have also been there myself.
I was hit by a Nigerian exchange student when I lived in Jefferson City, MO several years ago. What this kid did was go and get insurance then went and got his car license then went back to the insurance company and canceled his car insurance.
He had the nerve to tell me that I should feel sorry for him since he was a visitor to our country. Well since he was a member of my church at the time, stupid me, I didn't get a lawyer. I turned it into my State Farm agent and it was a real mess. There wasn't enough damage for my insurance company to cover. I had a high deductable back then. I even contacted some law makers in Jefferson City about changing the law. And we all know that didn't help!
I finally got mad because this jerk was continuing to drive without any insurance and also becoming a major free loader at the church. I had people at church tell me to forgive and forget. Well this southern redneck hillbilly may forgive but I don't forget. I finally went to him and kindly told him what happens to people who mess with rednecks . Told him myself and some of my redneck buddies might have to give him a visit to collect :D. That kind of opened the boys eyes a little and I finally did get my money!
Ah maybe if I had known Beagleman back then I wouldn't have had any problems!
