First limit ever on Kentucky Lake!

First, thanks go out to Wiskers and Buffalo for teaching me how to spider rig! Caught all but 1 fish on red/chartreuse tubes tipped w/a minnow. Biggest was 17 inches and 2 pounds 8 ounces. Only caught 1 fish all day under 10 inches and all fish kept were over 11 1/2 inches.

BigBadDad,them fish are awesome. You done well. How deep was you spider rigging,was you fishing channels or the flats and what water temp was you looking at.
I am making trip to Gunterville,this week and hope this information might helped me a little on Gunterville. Have never crappie fish there. Thanks.

I'm afraid 50+ years of yankee talk is gonna be here awhile. It is nice to have friends that you can talk to tho! And I haven't fallen out of the boat yet this year!!! YET Thanks again, Sensei!

He's a retired Chicaaaagooo Fire fighter. :DHe fell in the lake the first tim I took him out. Got wet & still fished. TUUUUUUFFFF I'm tell'n ya. It was cold as heck with about a 20 mph wind that day! :eek: I couldn't have done it & I live for this stuff!

Forecast is for lite winds out of the south. I may have to bring my grandson so he can keep the fish beat out of the boat with a paddle! :D I don't want'um jump'n in. I wanta catch'um! :D
