These are 1/16 and 1/8. The 1/8 jig with the tube is for my Slab Sauce and Liquid Minnow. This style jig should work well for drifting.

This 1/8 twin spin has a peacock “rope” body. Don’t know how it will track – yet.

Yeah – they are 3 way, not sure of the size, think the smallest you can get is a #10. These might be#8. The rope is 2 wire strands with 6 strands of peacock herl twisted together. I hold one strand of the wire out at 90* while twisting and pulling – helps with hackle pliers. Was going to use it in the swap jigs but went another route.

Don’t know yet – still proto types. I think the tube will work – blade will chum up a slick.

I'd be a little tempted to create an additional prototype that included two additional swivels and blades. Attach them to the 3-way's eyelets so that the blades rotate on an axis that is parallel to the jig's body when pulled through the water. This would enlarge the profile quite a bit but, hey, I tie for mostly for bass anyway. :) ;)

Didn’t think about the noise angle with the double blades – good point. Think the tube will also get noise plus scent.

Thnx – How about a ridged V coming out from behind the head and attached swivels?? Need to get away from this - have to finish swap ties, Redear are going off at Lake Perris, and my jig boxes are low.

The tube thing should be killer. I’m using heat shrink tubing – the end can be heated to restrict the scent from flowing out too fast or could stuff cotton/sponge in the tube. Going to try this with the Belly Spinner style ties.

Thnx. Just messing around with some ideas. I think the stuff you are doing, with bottom spinners, would be easier than lashing in 3-way swivels. You might want to try that scent tube thing...
