Hey PBUG, Wheeling Wv here. I'm closer to mwcd crappie lakes in Ohio but do try make a couple trips a year for central Wv fishing. I love Stonewall Jackson lake as much for the scenery as the fishing. Glad to see you got a Wv forum going..

I've been to Bluestone Lake the last few years in Sept. It's a nice place to visit and there are some nice crappie in there. I may have to do a spring trip there one year.
on another forum i was a member of. we had get togethers, we need to get a member base and have one. food drinks and fishing. and sit an tell a bunch of lies, i mean stories lol

I'm in Grant County. Below are a couple of hardwater crappies caught last weekend. There's a 10 and a 14.
