Got a favor to ask of somebody who might live in the Blue Springs Missouri area. Not a big favor, just wondered if any of our CDC members lived in that area?

I live about 20 miles from there. If I'm able, I might be able to help.
10 minutes away buckner
I think Double D lives there.
I appreciate the offers or help fellas. As you might have heard I'm a little particular and I found a truck on the net that I was thinking about buying up there. I just thought if someone was in the area if they didn't mind I would have them run by and look at it. You know, somebody on here I would trust to tell me how the body is, undercarriage, etc. But they don't seem to be willing to deal at this time so not much use in wasting anybodies time. Again, I really appreciate you letting me know your in the area, (you too Jackb). There are some really good guys on here.
Let me guess, Not a FORD?? YER KILLIN ME! (good luck in the search though:))
If it's not a Ford, it's not worth buying. :)
Chris was Interested in.....It is a FORD!:)

Frosty, you are priceless; It did make it to California though, don't think a Toyota could make that journey:eek:
You missed an opportunity to insert OSS into that photo! What's wrong, Frosty? You let me down!
You know this very truck is just a short drive from wantincrappie's place don't ya??? For real. Just as in the picture, minus Granny, etc.
Not for sale though or he'd already have it. ;)
It's in the museum at College of the Ozarks down by Branson. Donated by Paul Henning, creator of The Beverly Hillbillies.
And guess what? It's an OLDSMOBILE!!!
Thanks! Didn't know that. Lived here all my life, and never been down there.
