Reggis,
I prayed for your son this morning that the shots will help him with his back pain and problems.
God Bless,
Bassky
I went throught the same thing a year ago, had an MRI,, two herniated discs, had two shots 60day apart,1st shot helped but only lasted a week or 2,, so I told the dr that I also wanted physical theropy after the second shot,, been a whole year and pain free,,, I think the second shot allowed be to build up my core by doing the excersises,, I do them every morning now,,
good luck,, prayers will be given
Ill gladfully pray for u guys..:)
Had the shots, second one helped most, 3rd one not much different, with therapy helped for a couple years and then had slipped disk and lots of bulging, so finally went for surgery, so far 1 1/4 years later working fine. My prayers for your son also.

more prayers sent. I've also had the shots only mine were in the neck (degenerative bone loss) they have helped me tremendously.
Update on my son. He went to Dr. today and they want him to take another MRI because they believe he may have another disc problem since he has a problem with straighten up and his right leg is hurting him now. He said the pain in his left leg had really gotten better so i guess the shot worked. Thanks for your prayers and he still needs prayers for his back problems.

May God bless and heal your son. Prayers sent!
Prayers for your son are going out. I understand totally. My son is 35 and an officer in the USAF. He's got major back problems to the point he may end up with a medical discharge short of his 20.
Prayers Sent!
I had the same problem. I drive a truck and lower back hurt all the time and pain down both legs to my heal, burn like they where on fire, no sleep at night was terrible. I had herd about invertion tables so for $120 bucks i bought one. these things are the greatest thing since sliced bread, first time i used it the pain was gone. I hite it about once a week and no pain, 5 of my coworkers have them now and the same results. I swear by it!!!!!!!!!!!! but also prayers for your son.
Where can i get one of those tables?

I got mine a wal-mart in murray but now the wal-mart in paducah didnt have them. you can go to wal-mart.com and order them or several places on internet. I hope it works for ya sure did for me. if you get one tell him the first few times not to go straight up and down, take it slow to see if it helps, when he does it go back and slowlyrelease his back muscles and let gravity do its thing.
Prayer sent.
Prayers on the way. I have spinal stenosis and a bulging disc. Tell your son to check into Microspine @ Defuniak Springs Florida. There are only a few places in the U.S. that use laser to treat. When I went down there, the pain going down both legs was unimaginable. The first day I had many tests of
motor skills, the next day I went thru pain indexing where they found out where the problem was. The third day was surgery. Surgery lasted 2 1/2 hours. When recovered, left the clinic, went out to eat, back to the motel
The next day I walked the perimeter of the motel without my cane. I had
no pain during my week stay there at all. The incision is less than one inch.
Because I have three areas that need treatment I'll be going back. Because the incision is less than one inch they can only do one area at a time. However the small incision does away with bleeding and other normal surgery
problems. Prior to goinmg there, no one in my area including Mayo's would touch me because of age, high blood pressure and weight. My Dr. was Dr. Mork. I would not only go back but very highly recommend him to anyone.
I was more than satisfied and it gave me my life back!!!!! I was gonna have to give up fishing before, now that's when I got serious!!! If you would like more info and phone numbers just PM me.
just wandering if he has tried the inversion table
no he hasn't tryed the inversion table. Shots did not work so he found a dr. in Lexington that he likes so he is going to have microsurgery on the 11th of this month and your prayers again would be more than welcome.
Would you mind sharing the doctors name or the clinic name?
prayers goin up....more like....out....because HE is everywhere...!!
he will be in my prayers. I hope surgery go's great. He is just a couple of years older then I am and he has a long life ahead of him hopefully pain free.
He is in my prayers as well. Have had back trouble on and off for several years. Had several of the epidurals. Some helped, most didn't. Ended up getting a disc replacement with Ortho Indy in Indianapolis. I highly recommend them. I had Dr. Terry Trammel. He is one of the main orthopedic doctors in the nation that work on injured athletes such as basketball players and Nascar/Indy car drivers. My back isn't perfect. That's why I cut back on the number of hours I guide now. But it is better than before. Now I just have to contend with the arthritis.

PRAYERS FROM Mississippi. I have been through the proceedure and mine took fine , that was over three years ago.
Reggis ?? Just wondering how your son is doing? Hope everything went well!
He had back surgery 1wk ago today. They went in and worked on 3 different disc and he has a follow-up today. Pretty painful and bothersome at present time. I will give info from check up later tonight or tomorrow. He still has some leg pain that has him very concerned. Thanks again for all the prayers.
Good luck with the follow up. Still in my prayers.
It's gonna take him some time to get over it. Bout the worst surgical pain I ever had. That said, he's young, I was old, and he should be back on his feet soon. Thought's and prayers are still with him.
Checkup went well and Dr. said everything appeared to be on schedule and said pain in leg could go away or it may not if it has damage done to it from the ruptured disc. Gotta trust the lord on this one.
