Guys he is going to get the big head if you keep asking him questions like he knows something.:p
and considering he's only ever owned 3 FF, OK maybe 4 in his life, we still ask. LOL
Don't forget the fact that he never catches fish. :D

A'ite you, ya'lls asking for it.
Well.....honestly, I do. Personally, I don't care for HB's design with it's quick detach mounting base. In addition, and I can't remember the technicals at the moment, but I preferred Lowrance/Eagle's transducer angle and quality of return. In addition, the image filtering and display of the return was more predictable and repeatable to me. Now, having said that....lots of folks prefer the Hbird to Eagle or Even Lowrance.
Now....if it were me and my money......I wouldn't even consider black and white as an option, but if you're OK with gray scale, the 320 is a good, reliable unit with a full 5" display that has given many a crappie fisherman trouble free, reliable service. If you're looking to pinch a penny, the 320 is my choice. It is capable to doing all a 2D fish finder can do.....bottom display, bait fish, structure hunting, shallow water operation, and thermocline detection. Others are better, but come at a price.

Well DD...not to be beating on WB....but ya know.....it looks like someone that knows a lot about fish finders could find fish. I mean even a blind squirrel gets a nut every once in awhile. :D
And just so's you know Mr. Smarty Pants DD...I've owned about 20 FF/Gps on the lower end of the $ scale. My first was an LCR2000 that I thought was the cat's meow....when it worked. :) Heck, I've even used the old Paper graphs and fished with a fella that had one of the old green box flashers.
I'm no "real" expert, but I've studied and read a whole bunch about 'em. Bout all I can afford to do.
So there.

OK now, you're showing yo age with the whole Paper Graph. Seeing as you in the Banking business, doe stnat mean when you first started out, you used a Abacus? LOL
Works for me.................
G3's finder works real good so I have heard!
