people tend to forget that tenn. has a good defense.our losses have come from a lack of a qb.bama will not score 35 against the vols.ingram for bama had 246yds.and they(BAMA)only scored 20 points against s carolina.i'm not going to perdict a score,i don't know what qb will show up for us.i don't think bama will score more than 24pts.i think bama is the best team in the country.so with that said,i,in my BIG ORANGE heart would love to see unranked UT knock off #2 bama on sat.

well,for me it's the only game that will keep me off the water that day.at least that afternoon.morning trip is possible if i have a kitchen pass.i beleive back in 2005 the vols upset lsu on a monday night.no one thought it was possible but,they did it.so remember it's the sec,anything is possible,any given sat.
The biggest concern for this game (for both teams really) is the officiating crew that worked the Arkansas/Florida and the LSU/UGA game will be working this one as well. Losing a game is not nearly as bad as having one taken from you by horrible calls. Anyone that doesn't think the calls in those games decided the outcome is clueless.
Bama is very good, and I really like their style of play. However, I would like nothing better than for UT to shut up all the bandwagon Bama fans that come out of the woodwork when the tide is on a roll. There's a bunch of them in southern middle TN.
AMEN to that coach.also if you will notice there is not as much auburn stuff flying around in the last 2 weeks.i work in huntsville al.an i don't see as much auburn as i did 2 weeks ago.it's kinda like when bama was down a few years ago.

well fellas the officiating crew that was so bad during the georgia-lsu and florida-arkansas game has been suspended until the end of nov. so they will not be on the field during this game.now im trying to figure out if thats a good thing for ut or a bad thing.im thinking good since it seemed like they was for the ranked teams:eek::D:mad:

I will be the first to eat crow...Crompton DID have two good games in a row. Maybe
there is hope for the rest of the year after all! Lincoln needs a kicking coach from
somewhere....maybe UT could hire Fuad Reveiz to help him out. UT almost snatched
victory from the jaws of defeat...but the Tide weathered the storm. I am now very
confused as to who is really the best team in the USA...as UF did not look good against
MS St. ( Was this officiating crew afraid to make the unsportsmanlike call against the
big AL guy who threw his helmet off while the ball was still laying uncovered on the field?) Maybe they were afraid of being fired, too.

UT is playing better, overall. I'm going again next week to see if we can beat spurrier. We need to concentrate on winning out, so we can get in a good bowl game. The rest of the games are all winnable, but gotta be on our best game.
