Since you are the prince of gab, why don't you see if your gewber buddies in the chamber of commerce would like to donate to the fruit jar. We are expecting 1/10 of the fishermen so maybe they could give us 1/10 of the money they spent on CM.

They would equate to 8k. lol

Akshually, I brought it up at last year's planning meetings for Thunder on Water and promptly got shot down and 3 folks tried to knife me. They ain't too wound up about fishing o'er thar.

Then again, maybe we could promise to do a boat parade with DD in all his finshing nekkidness as the Grand Marshal.

People may need a magnifying glass but I ain't skeered. LOL hey WB, how hard is changing the trolling motor cable? I got the old one off the foot comtrol but it started raining so I couldn't finish takling it apart. Just bought a new cable at lunch, gonna TRY tomorrow arter work to fix it

Works great but the part that broke is way down in there and I can't get to it. WISH it was the outer shaft and I'd darn sure put some JB on it

Only problem I have is getting the old

cable aloose from the pin that attaches to the foot control. My boat has been in the gulf a few times and it's corroded to the shaft. WD40 I HOPE gets it loose

get some PB Blaster at any automotive parts store. It will eat that stuff up and make an azz out of WD 40
