They only score a TD after they put in 2nd string late in the 4th Q. We need to petition for a contract extension for Kragthorpe, hes doin a great job keeping UL as Charles Barkley would say......"turrible" !! This is coming from a big blue Alum so Im a little biased. BTW, Ill be there razzing the UL linebearded faithful and hopefully celebrating a win. We have some big recruits attending the game so Id say we will pull out all the stops. Go Cats!!:D
BTW, UL are a stylish bunch....wonder if they crappie fish?:cool:

Papa Brooks was not a happy camper....lol Can't blame him. As soon as I put that halftime score up we went to h*** in a hand basket(though I was gonna be eatin' a truckload of crow). Thought I had surely jynxed them, but I was praying Kragthorpe and UL would somehow shoot themselves in the foot. Thank goodness they did. Florida gonna put a "whoopin'" on us im fraid...:o Oh well, I just wanna decent bowl and a few big wins once conference starts, might be too much to ask tho, hope not...Cant complain, 2-0 and even got to do some tailgaiting in lex this morn before the game and BOY do i miss the scenery there if ya get what I mean!!.:D

With the way our defense played today I hate to see what Florida and Bama will do to us.
Last year we one games with our defense. This year, looks like the offense will have to carry us. It's a darn shame we can't have both at the same time. Sure tough being a football fan in the state of Kentucky. I hope we can at least make it to another bowl and maybe.....just maybe, beat the Vol's or Gamecocks.

Hopefully we can beat one of those two. D*** I hate the Vols and Spurrier.
Its hard to tell where we will go after this win. The pass defense was absolutely horrible, we will be ate alive in the SEC. But, these are the kind of games that in the past we have always ducked out and lost, and now we are finding ways to win. Two completely different games between the first and second. I have faith the coaching staff will iron some things out, and get us back on track. GO CATS, beat the gators........ Or at least give them a game!
