Took them last night as I was cleaning the fish. 45 fish, 50 minutes to clean and 15 minutes to put them up and clean up my mess!!!

Chris, go by some construction sites see if you can find some of that man made marble they use in bathrooms, or ceramic tile would be good as well.
Yeah, I"ve got the word out for somebody to find me a piece of kitchen counter top, but haven't come up with any yet.....hense the plywood.

his pride (EGO) won't let him say thank you. I WAS gonna do me one with 12"x12" tile but I figure it'll dull the blades on my knife. I can get all the free tile and plywood I want for FREE. Best friend lays tile and hardwood floor for a living. He can't catch a fish to save his life but he can darn sure lay some flooring. Boys GOOD, if any of you need some flooring work done, you won't find no one better in the Madison/Ridgeland area

BTW, Haven't forgot about those blades and fixins I told you about. I'll see if I can't gather 'em up and put 'em in the truck tonight. Just remind me Saturday, gets pretty busy come weigh in time and it'll be easy to forget.

I picked up a peice of 1 inch granite the other day that's a perfect size for a cleaning table. Plan to wait till we get moved in our new place before I build it though....LOL, I been using an old cutting board on top of our roll out to the street trash can....It is the perfect height for me though!
i gave the you the best board PSTONE have all kinds and that is teh BEST

Look at the pics in this thread and you'll see one of those white one's. It's about 18"x24" and is plenty big to clean on. Just have to lay all the rest of the fish on my patio and then bend over and pick them up 2 or 3 at a time is all. My backs in to bad a shape for that.
