it may still be a little early for cane but i agree...reading jerry's posts inspired me to join crappie.com in the first place...congrats on the agfc props
The first "barndoor" post I see from Cane Creek, I'll be there in a heartbeat! :D Is it possible to mark every stump to keep from being hung up on them? My last trip there was with the wife and dog! Wife made us leave because we were fighting the boat off the stumps most of the time.
I'm a new member and was reading some old posts talking about "Cane Creek" Where is that?
Thanks Creekslick

Friends of mine were there last week, not one Crappie bite ? :(They set trotlines and caught Bluecats up to 40 lbs!
Jim and I went to Cane Creek this past weekend. As usual we had a wonderful time! But then again, we always do when we're fishing! We didn't catch any crappie at all. Caught a few bream but we had our best luck at bass. He caught a really big bass and I caught a couple small ones! I think the water was up a little too much because of the rain!!!
On Sunday we went to Lake Conway and just caught a few bream! We've never had much luck on that lake!!!
Hey....who cares....we were fishing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
