No....but it looks like it would be a good one.
All Chart, can't hurt to give it a try. Don't see why it wouldn't catch a few at least..... But you never know, may be the ticket to your ticket. ;)
yes I have put it on a 1/32 jighead painted chartruese to match the chenille, and fished it with a flyrod. once the jig sinks and starts pulling the fly line down, strip the line a few inches at a time with pauses. If the fly line makes a little jump, or rather tic, then set the hook. It has been good in ponds especially.
I think it's great to show them something different, looks like it should work. Let us know after you try it
ssshhh
they'll all be doin' it.

ive been tying these for about 2yrs now on trout. only the tail on mine are a bit longer then i just trim them down like my crappie jigs. A white head and orange body has produced alot for me
Good lookin jig, I've heard the fly fishers talk about them. they use like a 1/80th oz jig head. Seem like the trout like em.

i use mine on a 1/64....try them for crappie with a speckled color i guess the tinsel chenille. they work great... when on their bed try a green charteruse head with a green charteruse body and tail. You will not go wrong. Me and a buddy of mine went to a pay lake to catch some cat fish seen some gills nestng, to cut it short we caught more crappie than anything so we put them in my live well/ bait box told them they were bait. And transfered them to our private pond...
