Well, you see, he had some issues to overcome. Onliest boat I ever did see with kitchen linoleum installed on it. That glue was pretty much the pits too.

I leaned an important lesson this weekend. Never argue with a sweaty man holding an angle grinder in one hand and a Pall Mall in the other.

He claims it's gonna make a perfect Crappie boat, but it sorta says Duck boat to me, cause pretty much the whole time he was bent over running that angle grinder it was nothing but quack. Bwahahahaha.

the decks turned out pretty good. However, Bigger is many things, but he's not Mr. Organization.

My entry is:
"I think the propeller thingy goes on the front".

So, to recap. The project list stands at:
1) Stripped all linoleum.
2) Acetoned paint and glue on the front deck.
3) Sanded front and back decks
4) Herculiner on front and back decks.
5) Installed Trolling motor
6) Installed front and rear Lowrance Units
7) Intalled 3 batts.
8) Temp installed side rod holders
9) Said, to heck with it, that'll do for now and went fishing.
Project punch list:
1) Wire up Trolling Motor
2) Do final installs for rod holders front, side and rear.
3) Install 2 additional front pedestals and seats.
4) Strip and herculine the floor
5) Clean up the wiring under the console and reinstall cover.
6) Sell boat and repeat.

BTW, my signature is now back to normal as I have served my penance with no time off for good behavior.

One last passing thought. That Polar Kraft is put together right. Welds to make a Nasa installer blush and the entire front deck is backed with 1/2" Delrin. When you install something on it, you'd have to take a 2 lb hammer to knock it loose.

Kinda reminds me of a guy I saw in the movies one time just before he started hacking some poor dude into little bitty pieces. :D
I'm to LAZY to have to do that much work. LOL Maybe by next spring he'll have it up and running. hehehe
It may need a little work but it is a BIG improvement over his last boat project:D

Lol
That fella has had more hats photoshoped on his head than anyone in history.....
Just an FYI on that PK... Front storage compartment is not water tight, Drill some holes in the bottom rear corners inside the compartment so water can drain out under the floor, if it hasn't been done already. Other than that it's a great boat. I sometimes wish I had gotten the center console, probably will on the next one.
Why wait, I'll give you $300 for your current boat, you can keep the motor and put it on the new boat. Deal? Heck, I'll even help you rig your new one up. I pretty much learned what not to do with Biggers, so I'm actually pretty handy now. Hehehehe

Nope, can't do it! Boat is paid for, and wife says I can't have another until the rugrats are outta college.:( May just keep it until I retire and upgrade to a comanche.
I am in the process of removing the carpet off the floor deck of my Tracker right now and will be puttin down Grey NON SKID rubberized coatin in its place. So far I got the carpet out and the floor both sanded and primed. Next step is to get Torch to give the NS a good shaking on the paint shakin machine and start puttin down a few coats.
That's good news Sat. At your age, the last thing you want is to slip and bust a hip. Hehehehehe.

Got it from Bass Pro in memphis. Around 78.00 for the gallon size. Wont need that much for the lower flooring, use the rest as needed on bow where trolling motor aint.lol
I swear it sounded just like a freight train when that tornado tore up my shop and my boat!
