Jig Pictures
It's been asked for several times, so lets give it a shot. If you have a pattern you know catches fish, we wanna see it!
Here's some rules I think we should follow to make it worth while.
Any other rules you think I should add, PM me and I will edit this post.
1. Post only your picture and a list of materials and name it if you like.
2. Don't post back questions or comments about the jigs, PM the person with questions. This will cut down on the clutter and make it easy to just see jigs.
3. Upload pics to crappie.com, not photobucket.
4. Picts should be no larger than .......ehhhh, don't worry, it''l be resized when uploaded.
5. Please show only homemade jigs.... hand tied or soft plastics. No store bought stuff.
6. Please NO ADVERTISING or pictures of merchandise from your own website. Crappie.com has a classifides board if you would like to advertise your items or website there.

- 1/16 ounce ball head jig (collared) with #4 bronze hook.
- UTC Ultra Thread (red) - 70 denier.
- Craft acrylic paint for jig head undercoat - white.
- Massini Nail Lacquer for head - Neon Caution.
- Craft acrylic paint for eyes - red and black.
- Devcon 2T 30-Minute Epoxy for topcoat.
- Limetreuse and fluorescent yellow craft fur.
- Clear nail polish.

Just a reminder....
I would like this thread to be nothing but pictures of jigs so we all can go thru and find something that we might wanna tie up. If we all use it right, it will be well viewed and maybe it will become a sticky. ;)

Also wanna see ONLY picts of those patterns that you know catch fish! Cause I wanna tie one up and catch some fishes too!!!! :D

Why all the deleted post? This is one reason this need to show it will work.
Also don't forget this is going to end up taking up a lot of storage space on Crappie.com so I suggest you guys get permission to have an endless thread for pictures from ED/Slab.

Well let me see what I can come up with that I use and are in the favorite category.
First one is not one I have tried though I know it would work very well with the colors.
It is my Sig at times and this is the materials.

Body is Black & Chartreuse Bitch Tiger Weave #2 Danville Chenille both are Nylon. Tail is Black over Chartreuse over Black Marabou.

This Roadrunner was great last spring and is 1/32.
It is a real Roadrunner jig head and painted Silver.
Body is FL Yellow Crystal Antron Chenille.
The tail is two tones rabbit zonker strips is in Blue & White.
One more and I will add some later.
