New 997 si problem

My card on the right slot will not stay in. Seems like the latch broke. Anyone ever have this problem?

Also, My nut fell in the river. Anybody got a spare gimbal nut?

Let me look back somewhere on Side site there was talk of card not staying in slot??Gotta go to dentist(Goodie) when I get back will look.

card slot search, posts 17389,17373,17275 hmn when closing door it would pop right card loose if not done very very careful, & solution seemed to be put map card in right slot so U knew if map doesn't show on screen the card popped out & U got to redo it??????????????Guess I'm not much help.........:(

Mine will not lock in even before you close the hatch....who knows.

What are u using the slot for? r u downloading or putting in a map?

Same prob. To get it to work have to unsrew them tinker around some then close back up! One slot 797 model S.D. card prob!

I hate you guys are having all these problems with these 997's. One thing for certain, it makes me look in a different direction for my next electronic purchase.

Just for recording....Recon I took the sd in and out too much? Done wore it out maybe?
