2 year commitment
2 years ago I decided to commit to growing my hair out to donate at least once before it fully turned grey. A lot of motivating factors helped me keep going because this was something that became more difficult the longer time went. Every time I felt like throwing in the towel on this undertaking I would think of my daughter my first reason for doing this. Something truly changed in me when she was born and she is blessed with beautiful hair but I couldn’t help but think of other children who had that same beautiful hair taken from them due to circumstances they can’t help and that became my biggest reason to donate before fully turning grey. I could go on for my other reasons but at this point I know you get the picture. I’m not sharing this on any other social media then here but crappie.com means a lot to me and I figured all of you here would enjoy reading this. 14 inches of my hair will be going to the organization Children with hair loss. As always thanks for reading and be blessed. Sorry pictures are sideways that’s how they upload now that I don’t have the app.

That is awesome. Children can be very motivating. Back in the day I got an MBA simply to motivate my children to get an education as they grew up. I already had a good job when I pursued it, and the company paid for it, so I said, why not! Thanks for posting.

Good on you. That is awesome...

Proud of you. My new infatuation on FB is watching "Alec the Barber" cut long hair into short hair. Makes most of his clients look so much younger and handsome. Check it out.

In a world that dwells on the bad news and actions of others, it is a blessing to see something that is heart warming and positive, thanks.:highfive

Thanks I appreciate that. This commitment was alot tougher then I thought it would be and maintaining professionalism in the workplace became a challenge to say the least. I will check that YouTuber out thanks for the recommendation.

This right here is just awesome. Makes me glad to be a part of this great site. I wanted to be a part of this when a group at work was doing it. I was rejected due to my hair having too much wave.... one side waving bye to the other side.:biggrin Again great job!
