Meat candy!!
So I've been wanting to try my hand at making pork belly burnt ends, so I gave it a go today. Watched a few videos of course. Pretty simple and they came out spot on. Nobody was home so I took the pan around to a couple buddy's shops around town and got a pretty overwhelming "holy crap those are good!"

Cubed, season with your rub of choice, on the smoker @275 for 2.5-3 hrs till probe tender (about 200-205 degrees). Put them in a pan with some butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, seal with foil and back on for 1/2 hr, then transfer to a clean pan tossed lightly with your favorite sauce and back on to the smoker to set the sauce. The results...sticky, salty, sweet , fatty pork goodness, [emoji23]
