Burnt ends ..... ?
There are at least 2 kinds of them .....
this one is what I was originally told was a burnt end ....
off the end of a forever smoked brisket :cheers2
my question is this though ....
with or without a slice of white bread ? :Rofl:Rofl:Rofl
KABOOM
p.s. the black chunk in the corner by the sliced brisket ,right above the jalapeno and cheese smoked sausage is the burnt end , just saying :Rofl

Nice looking plate Ketchn, my first introduction to Burnt Ends was in Wisconsin. It was the same year Brett Farve went to the Super Bowl with the Packers. I was up there working, eating a evening meal at a local restaurant (I always ate local) when one heard me speak and ask where was I from. I told them and the waitress I was from Brett Farve's hometown and they said "No Way!" I said "Yes Way" and I like to eat! I showed the waitress my drivers license, Well even the owners started sending food to my table and one sampling was Burnt Ends. I ate so much I had the hotel send up more pillows to prop up on, basically I had to sleep sitting up. Very nice people in that part of the state. I was below Green Bay in another 2 word town. Fantastic trip, found some of the best Prime Rib ever in the Dells too.
