PRAYERS PLEASE

I hate asking for my self but I'm down in a bad way and 3 days of hospital stay with CT scan of brain, MRI of neck and head, echo cardiogram of my heart, angioplasty of my carotid arteries more blood test than i could count, and no answers. Please pray that someone has the knowledge to get me going again.
