ATTN: Auto Insurance
I received an email from my car Insurance company indicating that their customers were going to receive a 15% refund! I have MapFire. They said it was due to the virus forcing people stay at home and not drive! This would be in effect for April & May. So, if you have not received such an email from your insurance carrier you might want to give them a call! What have you got to loose?

Nationwide issued credits on our car/boat insurance that we thought was a rare but pleasant surprise too. Now, if the state would only issue a partial refund on boat registration, boat sales tax, hunting and fishing licenses, gasoline tax for all of the inconvenience that all of this shut down / stay at home / 'gewberment overreach' has caused all of us.

Haven't heard anything from Geico ... yet. (& don't really expect to)

Nothing from Allstate either. The way they have gone up, I thinking of changing anyway.

I haven't heard anything from my Progressive Insurance either. And I just got my new bill that starts in May.

We're with State farm, supposed to get a refund/credit. I think they (most companies) did it, out of fear of backlash.
Just think about all the money they're making - the less people drive, the less wrecks, the less they pay out.
I wonder why health/dental/eye insurance companies don't do similar? ? ? People are not going to there normal checkups and cleanings, elective surgeries, etc .
Yet, your premiums are staying the same.
