Hey everybody. I'm new to the forum and thought I would introduce myself and say hello. I live in East Texas and primarily fish Lakes Fork and Palestine. I also have a fishing "cabin " on Toledo Bend. If I can ever help anyone out please let me know.

Welcome, I live by Carthage. I fish Toledo, Murvaul and the river, mostly.

Welcome I'm a newbie to. I fish mainly Rayburn thought about going to Toledo bend kind of intimidating.

220cst, yes TB can be intimidating. There is a lot of water. In the spring, I'd stick to the extreme North end around the Pine island area up to the WMA. There are a lot of channels there with small shallow bays and coves. There is a lot of cover there and a lot of cypress trees. Good crappie fishing in a smaller area of the lake.
