This morning kept the heat to a tolerable level. Fished till 1030 when the thunder started in the distance so I rolled em up with a little mess in the boat. Black/Chartreuse was the ticket this morning Attachment 310791Attachment 310792Attachment 310793Attachment 310794. Pushing in about 10 to 12 FOW baits running around 6 FD

3/4 oz weight on a rig set up like a caps n Colman double minnow rig except I use jigs. Usually I am moving at .6 to.8 mph

Thanks, awesome info! I don't guess it matters what size jig head does it? What poles do you use?

I use a 1/16 head on bottom and a bare hook on top. Make sure your top leader ends well above your weight. I have 14 ‘ hi Tec poles from Grizzly Jigs
