works well but don't go far or fast unless you like mush ! :Doh:
I’ve used a homemade version and it worked well. Put 12-15 fish in,turn on, drink a beer, and they done.

I just cleaned 25 BG & Red ears, I scaled them with a spoon and dressed them in 20 minutes. Unless you are going to do a lot of scaling, I would use a spoon! $1.00+-
If you are talking about the cage you pull behind the boat, I had one years ago and it worked great.
I’ve seen the tow behind type but I’m looking at the kind that sits in a plastic tub and a small electric motor turns it

If you get one, you can tumble the fish, then filet and leave the skin on. That is how we cleaned them years ago. But scaled with a spoon, then fileted.
