Bet they dart around in the water.
this evening I took them out for a test drive using the purple and chartreuse we caught a 2 pound bass sorry no pictures I release all bass regardless of size. I believe the crappie have done everything in the shallows I believe they moved into deeper water in Toledo band Texas.
Attachment 236548 This crappie is waiting in the shallows of Toldeo Bend. He is waiting to bite that lure. Go get him. I do not blame you one bit for releasing the trash fish. Keep your eyes on the prize........Crappie swimming in Lake Crisco. Nice job.
Nice baits!!
The Texas bug has been catching strange fish want are they guys. I thought I had a monster crappie.

gaspergoo.....or freshwater drum
We call them rock heads, drum, gaspergoo. If you disect the head there are two concave bones in it that they supposedly rub together to make a (mating sound) grunting noise hence rock head.
