Few sites out there have colorant in copper like: COPPERHEAD (NB)-65, which can be adjusted to your liking.

They do have copper color go to LURECRAFT I believe it is copper pearl . they also have a big list of colors to choose from.
Lift, I got some copper powder, Ill drop a sample with the fireflys, I havent sent them yet.

Photo on left is in clear plastic, On right is over black, It would look very similar over a pot of trash plastic, AKA a dark color..
