That is Russ Bailey. He has a show called Brush Pile Fishing, where he travels to the better crappie waters and films the trip.
Russ is actually a member here ...he just hasn't posted much ...

Russ used to have a show called "Midwest Crappie". I learned a big portion of what I know about longlining and pulling cranks from Russ's guests on that show.
Yeah Doug. Russ is a great guy to learn from. I have or had all his videos from Midwest Crappie series. Couple years ago I even got to fish with him up here. Even did a tip of the month video for him. We didn't do a show tho so you still have to wait for the hang gliding video. Congrats Dean.
