I sent an email to MDWFP about non-resident license and the agreement for a clearer answer. The rules say the residents of the 3 states can fish the same area with their own states license. I'm not sure and can't find a clear answer about a non-resident license.
if you launch in mississippi you can fish all the way to the dam in tennessee, all of mississippi, all of bear creek in alabama, and just out of the mouth of bear creek on the alabama side. a good land mark to tell you where to stop on alabama side is the old jail house sitting out in the river
Where do you plan on staying would be the best question?
I believe that's all that's left of the old Waterloo lock and dam.
You say you can fish all of bear creek down to the RxR track with tenn. License, or do you need miss lic once you come in to mouth of bear creek.
Not sure on TN/AL rules, it says "Mile 224.8 at the mouth of Bear Creek but does not include Bear Creek."
I thought it was the red area on the MS link I posted that included all 3 states.
I would send an email to TN and AL if I lived in one of those states to be clear.
Camp, Motel, Cabin?
