I guess I'll get out the raingear and go. I'm sure I won't be the only one out there. It makes me feel better when I know I'm not the only idiot....;)

I think I'll stay home today, I'm going to change lines on my reels and get my gear ready for next weekend. Didn't do any good last two days, so why go in the rain and not do any good. Rusty, I hope you catch a boat load, I really like fishing in a little rain, it seems to make them bite better. Good Luck.:)
Good luck.:) I think this rain is pretty much state wide . We really don't need any right now here. Nimrod was @12' above normal and just started falling a couple of days ago.:(
I actually decided to go duck hunting this morning. Left home around 4 am and called the gang to wake em up. They called back and said I was going by myself cause they didn't have any good warm raingear. I turned around and come back home and climbed back in the warm bed. Don't recall any tears in my eyes :D
I caught a few that looked like this and then most I caught were 1/2 pound range. I had a fun day throwing back the little ones.
I had almost forgotten how ugly you were. Nice catch. Glad to be hearing reports of fish out of West Memphis instead of the dry lake blues.
Man Rusty, those are some big ole crappie. Looks like you had a good day.
Where did you catch these and how. Give some details to us noncatchers.
Mr. Jerry, I caught these trolling minnows real slow. I was in 22 to 24 foot of water fishing 14 to 20 foot deep. I probably threw back 30, 7 to 9 inch fish. I kept he wind in my face.
CEB will appreciate this, I caught them on Horseshoe Lake. The water is bad low.
Alright, I was wondering if I'd ever see an Eastern AR crappie again. I didn't think there was any fish in Horseshoe that big??? It must have been a lot of fun snatchin' those hawgs up from the depths.
I'm really surprised that the channel is still that deep. Which area of the lake were you fishing in relation to Snowden's?
Chris, I was in front of Snowdens Bed and Breakfast. On my graph I kept showing something that looked like big brushtops or trees. I never got 50 yards to the west of Snowdens.I sure hope no one was looking out at me when I was relieving myself of Budlight. Heck, no worries my stuff to little to see.....:D I need to take my camera and take pictures of all the habitat people are building for crappie arond their piers. Man I'm sure they hate seeing the water that low.
