Last 2 days and 14 hours on stand and did not even see a deer! I bowhunt also and live/hunt Monroe county in SW Illinois and this year has been the fewest deer I have seen by far in years.

Shot my deer at 8:30 Friday morning. It was the 6th deer I saw that morning. But I didn't hear near the amount of gunfire I normally hear on opening morning. I hunt Fulton county on my mom's farm.
