Why is no one posting?

Is everyone hunting or fishing or just not going out? This board is dead.

After fall camp, momma lassoed me for a couple of weekends so I haven't been getting out. During that time however, not only have I whittled down my honey do list, I got me a new ride. Taking it out Sunday with DrNip. Will post up after.

Yep, just us dedicated crappieholics posting anymore! Guess there is just too much going on and holidays approaching fast!

I went out yesterday on Texoma. Should have stayed home but, just love being in the great outdoors even with a strong wind and cooler temps! Only 3 dinks for the effort!

Most are probably hunting. I have been in the lab working on my pouring skills. Haven't fished much since the camp due to high winds on my days off. Going fishing tomorrow though. Hopefully I have something to show.

I went to Arkansas and caught some but haven't fished Oklahoma since my last post. I think everyone is in the woods.

Hunting might be more productive right now. I've been out on Ft Gibson for two days now and haven't seen a Crappie yet. Black bass and catfish are feeding on shad. WW42 was with me yesterday and we explored the lake without success. Pretty windy! As always, Merle was great company, tho'. The bucks are really chasing the does in the state park.

Crappiepapa, winds tomorrow are 10-20 mph. Based on my experience with the weather folks being 3 degrees off of plumb dead center, you may use a
multiplier of 1.5 on that wind. Be careful out there. Now Dr Nip, might pull his Sandman routine on you if you are not careful!:Rofl I may try to get out on Monday, since it is the day before a major front comes in, however the winds will continue their ferocity. In addition after Monday it is going to be colder than a well diggers boots.

I'm going to catch something tomorrow. Might only be a cold but I'll catch it.
