We made Andy's fish chowder today and it is delish!! I was trying to think of more and different ways to use up some of fish and thought of Andys recipe. We used tomatoes that we had grown in the spring and frozen, and also used the two types of sausage we had in the fridge along with some of the mangrove snapper and fresh blue crab that we had. Other than adding some blue crab the only other recipe difference from Andy's is that the tomatoes we grew were so tart I added some half n half to cut the tartness a bit.
Andy not sure where you got this recipe but it is the best fish (seafood in this case) chowder weve had. We love it!
