Shrimp

Went out this morning just to see what the shrimp situation was like. Only threw the net for about 1.5hrs. Was surprised at the size they are. Medium to large. After popping heads came up with 5 lbs. Will be at it again tomorrow. Hope to fill a 5 gallon bucket.

I hear they have been netting them real well in Daytona as well. But that area is full contact shrimping. Good luck tomorrow.

Nice going Russ, wish I lived a little closer, I would love to learn how to catch them.

What size net are you casting? Nice shrimps!! Used to go with my brother pulling a try net in Tampa Bay but that was work.

Only filled the bucket half way before the heat got to me and dead tide scattered them. Yelim I'm casting a 8 footer.

Wish I was younger and stronger I be out there catching those great shrimp! Meantime I'll just be it back and EAT Them!!!

Man those look great! Ain't much better than a big shrimp boil!

IF we ever have a slab fest again I will boil up a big batch of them for the fest.
