A personal best for me.

Here is a picture of a 16" crappie I caught on the ville yesterday (sunday) evening. Thats my longest crappie iv ever caught from there, wish it was in the fall or spring with eggs! The next drop I had a 14.25" slab. 30 minutes later and I had a 30-40 pound catfish that I fought for over 45 minutes. All off the same pile. Shewwy! I released both big crappie. XXL--- I caught about 8 fishies and several dandies on JIGS! That thump sure did feel good!

Thanks for putting them back so the wifey and I can catch them in October with ya buddy.

Really like the fact you released that one. My favorite to fry are 10-11 inches. Slab are fun to catch and wallow around, better brood fish, IMHO.
