Here's a couple of table pic's but there Walleye instead of Crappie. Went on a 10 day trip to Lake Erie with 2 cousins. My NY ciz keeps a boat on the lake and kept talking about how many fish he was catchin. He was tellin the truth. We caught ovrr 100 fish a day and only kept the one's around 4#. I like them just about as well as Crappie.

Real Northern Walleye is about the only fish that I think taste better than crappie. That is Awesome.
Only ate them one time and that's some fine eating. I went to Greers ferry about 40years ago.
I bet that was fun
Ate them in MO with BiggerJigger they are fine eating!
