It's been a lot of work but close to finishing up inside so the brother in law can move back in, going to start painting the outside next week I hope if this rain will stop. G its a new house so to speak, complete gut down to the studs except for kitchen and utility room, only two rooms that water did not damage, saved the red oak floors which are close to 75 yrs old.Quote:
