Rummaging through some old ammo my Dad had stashed before he passed and can't believe the prices on this stuff..87cents for Remington lr box of 50. at Service Merchandise.$8.50 for a box of 50 ct. 9mm Remingtons. $1.65 for 50 Winchester Super X Lr.I have a whole box of Federal Hi-Power Duck and Pheasant 16 gauge that I don't need that are who knows how old! Here's a few pics!
-
Rambling around through some of my stuff the other day I ran across a half a box of 12 gauge slugs with paper hulls
-
Save the boxes, that's what collectors look for these days
-
That's cool, wish it was still priced like that
-
Have shot a many of them 16 ga duck and pheasant, granddaddy had several cases of them when he gave me my old Rem model 58, still my favorite shotgun.
-
That stuff may be worth a bunch to collectors Steve. Try eBay, but I don't know about shipping ammo across state lines and all. That's some neat stuff though.
-
That's a cool find. Like they said I bet some of that stuff would bring a pretty penny.
-
I for sure don't know the rules on shipping ammo. But it must be legal as You can buy ammo online and have it delivered.
-
I have some 16's that are 1976 vintage. Wonder if they will still shoot?
-
What's in the brown and green boxes in the front row?
We were shooting some 1941 .380 ammo monday, they shot fine.
