So if I'm understanding this correctly the AS GPS HS antenna has to be added in order to avoid the donut at slow speeds and will work with any of the GPS (combo) units

What's donut?
It’s a round circle shape that the unit uses whenever it cannot reliably calculate the movement direction of the boat. It is shaped like a donut (round circle).
