crappie beds...????
I am making PVC and pallet beds for this spring... was curious on what depth proves to be most productive year round...this is my first time building my own... used to fishing weed beds and natural structure.... any new easy and cost effective ways would be welcome... thanks JB

Welcome and I would say 14ft. I catch more crappie at this depth than any other and it also holds crappie most of the year. Best placed near a crappie highway such as a secondary channel or creek on a bend at the mouth of a bay off a rocky point.
