Using a Big Buddy while Spider Rigging

I am ready to pull the trigger and get a Big Buddy heater for my boat. I did a search and didn't find out if the tip over sensor would be a problem when the waves are kicking up. Any info? Thanks

I would tie it down to keep it from doing that.

I'm not too worried about it tipping over. I am wondering about the boat's rocking action.

shouldn't effect it at all

I use a little Buddy and rocking does not affect it. Wind will blow it out though.
