Lookin good Feesh! I know gas may be easier but you sure dont get the flavor like charcoal. I cooked on a gas grill this afternoon for the all the moms on moms day and I just cant keep it from flamin up all the time, jmo. I keep some hickory or some apple and throw one or two chunks on there when I am grillin and really throw the smoke to it, man I love this time of year.
Lump is what I use. Especially on the smoker.
