Conway

I am on Conway this morning. First time crappie fishing here, any advice much appreciated. I haven't had a bite!!

By the way I put in at palarm.

Sounds like the bite is off..
But it can change any second!

When I put in at palarm I went back to my right. Pretty shallow it seems.

Just been fishing cypress with brown/ chartreuse

Put your boat back on the trailer and go to the river. Fish the outside ends of any rock dike. Been wearing them out in nets.

Palarm bay can be a death trap if u don't know where u are going. U should go towards the cypress in the middle, and steer clear of going the right. It's gets deeper as u go to the middle. If you have electronics and make it towards that cypress in the middle, u will find it gets deeper. That's where the art pond used to be before the lake was built.
