Bought this new spool last year 1500 yd. was spooling four poles today and found the line was tied together in two different spots. I was was like what the heck is this........

actually that's not uncommon on those big rolls , i've seen it 3 or 4 times.

bought some one time and it was dry rotten, could happen with any line I guess . kind of like buttermilk and corn flakes ! one time and you want forget it !nonono
Used a bunch of it and have never seen that.
x2, I had the same luck, broke 10 lb line on three fish in a row, and these were not big fish. May be good line, but I won't ever know, won't purchase againQuote:
