It has been alot of work lately to run down my favorite ammo. I don't believe in paying the outragous prices. Are you guys Wal-marts out of 22lr?
9mm? or 5.56/223? Why is it really so hard to get? I don't blame panic buying!

Homeyland Janet the bull is buying it all up..
I pass by several Wally Worlds on my way to my favorite small lakes. Ain't seen nothing but .22 rat shot in a long time. Plenty of shotgun shells and a few
.270 and maybe a box or two of the 7mm & .243, but not very often. Got all I need, but can't help but check just to be checking. Purchased a new XDm
.40 3.8 but haven't found any ammo on the shelves. Got some, but until the bullets can be found for reloading, always looking for a few more factory loads.
Good luck in your quest.
Got 45s....9mm.....223.....243 at the local walmart the past month....its starting to show up in my neck of the woods
Yep! I been working a route been finding some here and there but alot of hours. I just passed bulk packs of Winchester 100 rds for $35 as its still around here fairly well! I found a 420 round can of 5.56 for $175! The market is getting worse for 22lr. Check www.gunbot.net for your 40 cal. If you get in a tight PM me and if I can I will help. Got a friend who owns a gun store and they also had 40 on Saturday, he may can work something out. Wish you live closer!
Around here .40, .223, 9mm, and.22lr are hard to get. You just about have to be in wal mart when they stock the shelf. At Academy, you have to be there before they open to get in line.

how do i find ammo?...i go to my gun safe, open it and find all my ammo right where i left it......i saw this coming and stocked up last August
The same here. I knew this was coming in 08, I forget the guy who got elected. I had several thousand rounds. I got into hopefully to start reloading. I wound up with 8k primers, 16 lbs. of powder, 5 thousand cases. I'm good to go.
When this settles down, invest in some ammo, don't get caught wanting again. Everything is scarce here from what I see, however, if you want to pay the price, it can be found.
I'm beginning to think that WM employees are buying it up as fast as it comes in around here as all I ever see is shotgun shells and none of the popular stuff at all.
