Grenada 3/11
I planned a trip to Grenada 3/11-3/13. I figured it would be the start of the spawn. Looks like I was wrong. I'm sure the fish will be pre spawning when I get there. I missed it last year and fished post-spawn with little success. Then again I could be wrong all together. Any info are current patterns is appreciated.

Re: Grenada 3/11
I think you will be there at a good time. Start on shallow flats,6 or 7 foot of water. Look for structure and any creeks or ditches or subtle depth changes and fish all the way up to ultra shallow water,2 or 3 untill u get a pattern, then stick with it.

I'm heading that way this Thursday night and leaving Sunday. I will let you know what I find out. I've never been so I'm hoping to figure it out too.

Well yikes, when u plan a trip and rent cabins months in advance you're kinda committed. If u wait till the last minute to see what's what than good luck finding a place to sleep. How far is Enid from Hugh White? I'm not opposed to trying it out.

I did the same thing. It looks like about a half hour or so north.

Its not a bad drive at all. If I was you guys, I would make the trip from grenada to one of the lakes a little further north... Unless things pick up here in the next week or so :twocents

If you stay in Grenada. You are 25-30 mins from Enid. 50 to Sardis and 75 mins to arkie. Sardis is where it's at right now.
