That is some good stuff......my wife complained because she ate too much and gained weight.
Well I dont the sausage in the oven instead of frying, so I can think of a lot things less healthy for ya. My only downfall is that pan of cornbread I got in the oven. Man I been two days without a smoke, doin good on that but if I had to give up cornbread I would prolly crack!!!!!! Made my mind up talkin to feesh on the way home from Washington that I was gonna turn over a new leaf but I cant do it all at once man.
Scott I just wanted to tell that my wife, my baby girl, and me said that is the best recipe for red beans we ever had. Made it just like your recipe to the tee. I used country pleasin green onion flavored sausage in it, was divine.
I bet that was good. We made a batch last week and froze the leftovers. The leftovers are always better for some reason.
Put the leftovers in a bowl and set in the fridge, I know its gonna be cold this weekend and I will prolly hit it again bout sat. Very good recipe!!!!! And easy too!
That country pleasing is some of the best sausage on the market.
