North end and if the wind gets to bad head for Dead Lake
Don't listen to 65Pontiac...Here is what I would do:
North end and if the wind gets to bad head for Dead Lake.
If that don't work, ask Speckanator!!!
They're both full of it!
Here's what you do...head for the North end and if the wind gets to bad head for Dead Lake.....glad you coming down and hope you get on some big ones!:biggrin
so i go to the south end and if the wind is bad go to the north end to dead lake thanks for your info i want my wife to be proud of me and with that info i know she will thanks LOL I LOVE THIS SITE yall are the best and with humor my wife is cracking up:) P.S. if i have to run to dead lake how long of a run is it 25hp thanks again
Dead Lake is on the south end...That will be the best place to get out of the wind...The north end would be the best end if the wind is not blowing hard, in my opinion. Even if the wind is up a little, you could try staying on the north end and just fishing with the wind to your back...Troll for 20-30 minutes, reel in your lines and run back to where you started and put the wind to your back again.....Thats what my hero, Speckanator, would probably do...:Rofl
thanks tnt for the info hope to see you out there
If you have wind and it looks you will...I would fish the canal between Crescent and Dead Lake.....you will be pretected most of the time. As far as being TnT's hero...I don't even know the guy!!:Rofl Now his fiancee,Talquin Maggie, she's my hero for sure!:biggrin Good luck and catch some big 'uns
